LOCAL SHIPPING

Tranquil Lane delivers to Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows free of charge for orders over $25 and $5 for orders under $25. We charge $8.00 for products delivered to Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Mission, BC. See below for all other areas.

OUT-OF-AREA SHIPPING

Tranquil Lane's shipping policy is, wherever possible, to use the delivery service preferred by our customer. Normally this consists of UPS, FedEx, CanPar, or Canada Post. The exact costs/postage is charged to our customer. See HANDLING COSTS below.

HANDLING COSTS

Tranquil Lane adds CAN$ 3.50 per shipment unless otherwise stated. This charge is to offset costs associated with shipping over and above the transportation costs. We endeavour to keep this charge totally reflective of the direct costs involved.

Visa METHODS OF PAYMENT

Mastercard Tranquil Lane accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, cash and cheque.

Except for standard stock items for local delivery, all sales are considered special order and require prepayment.
